GENERAL

This document (as well as other documents mentioned herein) establishes the conditions governing the use of www.ed-shoes.com (hereinafter, the "Website") and the purchase or acquisition of products and / or services therein (hereinafter, Conditions), whatever the application, digital medium, support or device through which it can be accessed. 

Please read these Conditions carefully, as well as our Legal Notice, and our Privacy and Cookies Policy, before accessing, browsing and / or using this Website. By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service through it, you consent to be bound by these Conditions and by our Legal Notice and Privacy and Cookies Policy, so if you do not agree with all this, you should not use this Website. 

These Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content each time you access, browse and / or use the Website since those that are in force at the time the acquisition of products and / or services is requested will be applicable.

AVAILABILITY

All orders placed through the Site are subject to your availability and acceptance by Simpashoes. It reserves the right to modify the range of items presented on the Site and, in particular, may limit at any time the number of items that a Customer can order in a single purchase session.

Only items that include the ADD TO CART button are available for sale through the Site. The Customer may contact customer service for information on the availability of items.

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to place an order through the Site, the Customer must register and create an online account as a Customer. At registration, the Customer shall provide valid and up-to-date personal information, such as his full name and email address.

Upon completion of the account registration process on the Site, the Customer will receive an email summarizing their personal information and a link to the "My Account" section of the Site, where the Customer may configure or modify their username, password and personal information. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that his password and account are kept secret, confidential and secure at all times. Simpashoes shall not be liable for any misuse of the Customer's account that occurs as a result of access to and use of the Customer's password and account by third parties.

If there are variations in the information included in the Site, the Client must log in with his account and update the relevant information directly on the Site or communicate the variation to SImpashoes at the following email address: web@ed-shoes.com 

PAYMENT METHODS

Simpashoes accepts the following payment methods to buy in the online store: 

- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).

- Paypal

For your safety, payments by credit card will be processed through the 3D Secure system, so you may have to provide your security code on your bank's website. In compliance with current legislation in Spain, we must issue an invoice for purchases over 3.000€. In these cases, we will ask you to provide us with your VAT number.  When placing the order, the Customer must enter the 

payment details in the appropriate form. Simpashoes will not keep the number of the payment card nor the security code of the Client.

The holders of the payment card are subject to validation and authorization controls by the card issuer. If the issuing entity of the payment card does not authorize the payment to Simpashoes, the Client will have to contact the issuing entity of its card to solve the problem. In such a case, Simpashoes will not be responsible for the delays or non-deliveries that occur. In case the user makes the payment by credit card, the bank data will be transmitted by means of a safe protocol to the bank in charge of providing the respective services of remote electronic payment, without any third party can in no case have access to them. Such data will never be used by Simpashoes more than in order to complete the procedures relative to the purchase, to issue the relative reimbursements in case of eventual returns and to prevent and to inform the police forces in case that some fraud was committed or was about to be committed. The amount of the purchase will be charged when the order is confirmed and the confirmation is sent to the Customer.

ORDERS

If an order is made through the Site, the Customer must provide the personal information provided, such as delivery address, billing address and payment information. Simpashoes reserves the right to refuse, cancel and cancel orders at any time. Simpashoes will be able to reject, to cancel or to cancel an order of the Client if there is an unresolved pending conflict on the payment of a previous order or if it has the suspicion that the Client has carried out fraudulent activities or, in its case, has infringed the arranged thing in these Conditions of Sale. 

After placing an order through the Site, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order reference number assigned by Simpashoes, confirming that the order has been received. It is important that the Customer keeps this order reference number in case he/she needs to make inquiries related to it in the future.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, Simpashoes will provide the Customer with a locator number with which to track the status of the order.

On delivery, it requires the signature of a person of legal age confirming receipt of the order, after which time the risk and responsibility for the Products purchased are transferred to the Customer. If the Customer specifies a recipient for the shipment other than the Customer itself (for example, if it is a gift), in such a case the Customer understands and agrees that proof of signature of the recipient in question (or at the relevant delivery address) shall be sufficient proof of delivery and performance of the sales contract, with risk and liability passing to the recipient in the same manner as if the Product had been delivered to the Customer.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The Customer may return the items in accordance with the exchange and return policy specified in the returns section.

The Customer is entitled to a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date on which he receives the order. No returns will be accepted after the refund period has elapsed.

To return an item, you can do contacting customer service web@ed-shoes.com to obtain the corresponding return documentation and all the relevant information for the return. The Customer can also make the return in person at our store, Ed-shoes, located at Rambla Catalunya, 131 in Barcelona.

When the returns involve a shipment of the product with origin in a European country, except Spain, the Customer must assume a return cost for a total of fifteen euros (€ 15.00) plus taxes and / or fees that are applicable.

Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in good condition, or that do not include the packaging in its original condition and the security label of the item intact. Please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure we can proceed with your refund as products with any signs of wear will not be accepted. Before proceeding to make a refund or exchange, Simpashoes will carefully verify that the returned items meet the necessary requirements.

In the event that a product is returned, the Customer is the only person entitled to receive the refund. Under no circumstances will the recipient of a gift be entitled to receive the refund.

Once we have accepted your return, the refund will be completed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.

CHANGE POLICY

To make a change through the Site, the Customer must return the purchased item and place a new order. The return of the item to be exchanged will be governed by the return conditions specified above.

The Customer can make an exchange of an item purchased through the Site in the store of Rambla Catalunya, 131 of Barcelona.

If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item and place a new order.

We ask that you make any exchange or return within 15 days of the date you receive the order. We regret to inform you that, in principle, we cannot accept any exchange or return after this period.

REFUNDS

The refund will be processed once our team has received and reviewed the items. Once your return has been accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

The refund will be made excluding the shipping costs of the return.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law. The provisions of these Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Likewise, the contract for the purchase of the Products and the conflicts or claims related to it will be governed by the provisions of the laws of Spain. Except as provided by law, the Client and Simpashoes agree that the courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
