RIGHT OF RETURN
The Customer may return the items in accordance with the exchange and return policy specified in the returns section.
The Customer is entitled to a return within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date on which he receives the order. No returns will be accepted after the refund period has elapsed.

To return an item, you can do contacting customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the corresponding return documentation and all the relevant information for the return. The Customer can also make the return in person at our store, Ed-shoes, located at Rambla Catalunya, 131 in Barcelona.
When the returns involve a shipment of the product with origin in a European country, except Spain, the Customer must assume a return cost for a total of fifteen euros (€ 15.00) plus taxes and / or fees that are applicable.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in good condition, or that do not include the packaging in its original condition and the security label of the item intact. Please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure we can proceed with your refund as products with any signs of wear will not be accepted. Before proceeding to make a refund or exchange, Simpashoes will carefully verify that the returned items meet the necessary requirements.
In the event that a product is returned, the Customer is the only person entitled to receive the refund. Under no circumstances will the recipient of a gift be entitled to receive the refund.
Once we have accepted your return, the refund will be completed using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- All returns must be made through the same transport agency (DHL).
- We will only accept returns from the countries where the order was originally shipped.
- You have 15 days from the date you receive the order to make any return.
- We ask you to return all items in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging and without handling the security label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that do not meet these conditions.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the brand's original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoebox. Please try your new shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure we can proceed with your refund as products with any signs of wear will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns of socks, stockings and tights.
You can also return the items to our store on Rambla Catalunya 131 in Barcelona. We regret to inform you that we do not offer cash refunds. The refund will be made through the same form of down payment.
We are pleased to offer a returns collection service to all customers for any purchase that complies with our Returns Policy.
The service is free for returns within Spain. The service has a cost of € 15.00 for returns within the European Union.
For International Returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
You have 15 days from the date you receive the order to make any returns.
How to use our returns service
1-You should contact our customer service at email@example.com for the return documents and we will inform you of how to proceed step by step.
2-Prepare your package with the documents included in your order. If no return documentation is included, please let us know and we will send it to you by email.
3-Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the Ed-shoes box and make sure the safety label is in place.
4-Stick the return label found in your package on the parcel ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
5- Please arrange the collection with DHL and ship it back to us at your earliest convenience. Please note that return shipments must be made through the same shipping agency as with the original shipment (DHL).
We will only accept returns from the country where the shipment was made in the first instance.
You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number sent to you by the transport agency.
Once your return/exchange has been received and processed by ED-SHOES you will be notified via email.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, SIMPASHOES will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by SIMPASHOES. Please note that if the customer refused to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
SIMPASHOES reserves the right to refuse any return on items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
To make a change through the Site, the Customer must return the purchased item and place a new order. The return of the item to be exchanged will be governed by the return conditions specified above.
The Customer can make an exchange of an item purchased through the Site in the store of Rambla Catalunya, 131 of Barcelona.
If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item and place a new order.
We ask that you make any exchange or return within 15 days of the date you receive the order. We regret to inform you that, in principle, we cannot accept any exchange or return after this period.
The refund will be processed once our team has received and reviewed the items. Once your return has been accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
The refund will be made excluding the shipping costs of the return.
All products leaving our warehouse have been thoroughly checked and we aim to deliver each package in excellent condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to find a suitable solution or follow the RETURNS PROCESS to request a return.
